We can show you homes with many designs and styles that may help you in making decisions on most every aspect of your home. Q: What assistance do we receive with making decisions? Sandy from Field Tree Realty will guide you along the building process and help you with as much as you need. [All of our homes are “cable ready”. It is up to the buyer to decide which cable company you would like to use. Time Warner Cable or Direct TV are two that we know of at this time.
You are able to choose from one of our available layouts to find the best one for you to meet your needs.

A condo or condominium is a building with two or more adjoining homes. We offer two family homes that are part of an association with other condos.
Q: What is a condo association? It is a group of condos that are owner-run and share common property. They pay monthly dues that include snow removal, lawn care, and insurance on the exterior of your home. Each association has their own condo documents listing guidelines that owners need to abide by. (documents will be provided)
Each association may vary with rules, but most allow one indoor pet that is to be under twenty–five pounds.
Q: What decisions do I have to make during the building process? The first buyer of the condo normally decides on the exterior colors of the home. If they prefer not to, the builder will help. The buyer may also decide on any interior material. Field Tree Realty will help direct you.
Q: What assistance do we receive with making decisions? Sandy from Field Tree Realty will guide you along the building process and help you with as much as you need.
Q: Do we have to provide home owner's insurance? The association covers the insurance on the exterior of the home. The buyer is responsible for a renters type insurance that covers everything in the interior. It is important to find an insurance agent who is familiar with condo associations so that you are not paying for more insurance than what is necessary.
Q: What kind of cable network is provided in your area? All of our homes are “cable ready”. It is up to the buyer to decide which cable company you would like to use. Time Warner Cable or Direct TV are two that we know of at this time.
Q: How long can a lot sit before I choose to build on it? According to the village ordinance there is no stipulation on the length of time a lot can stay empty.
Q: What am I responsible for once I purchase my lot? Property taxes and the lawn needs to remain mowed and taken care of.
Q: What are my property taxes going to be? You can call the Village of Oostburg clerk for this information.
Q: Is the lot an improved lot? Yes, all of our lots are improved lots with sewer and water which is located at the edge of the property. It is your responsibility to pay for hook up once you build.
Q: When do I have to put city sidewalks in? This is a question for the village clerk, but usually they give you one year after your home is complete.
Q: Can I build my own home on the lot?
We do not hold lots for customers. If there is a lot that you want we require a down payment and then at that time an offer to purchase is signed and a closing date is set.

Q: Do I get to do my own landscaping? Yes, each association can make their own guidelines, but owners are encouraged to bring their own beautiful ideas for landscaping to enhance their home.
